Lovelock lit up Main Street for the annual Parade of Lights on Saturday night, where creativity, hometown pride, and a whole lot of Christmas spirit rolled down the line in full glow. Taking 1st place, Robert Coyle and the Coeur crew brought the Island of Misfit Toys to life, complete with the classic charm that made the float a crowd favorite.
2nd place went to Jason and Sherry Coyle for their nostalgic tribute to the Peanuts 75th Anniversary, a warmly lit nod to a holiday tradition generations still love.
The 3rd place entry from the Lovelock BLM featured a festive Smokey Bear reminding everyone to “wish you a very Merry Christmas,” closing out the parade with a message of cheer and stewardship.
Winners are invited to stop by Temptations to pick up their trophies and Christmas cash. Merry Christmas to all from the 2025 Parade of Lights.
