NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 23rd day of February 2026, Trident Exploration Corp. of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 1.0 c.f.s. and 723.97 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Auburn North Well) at a point located within Lot 4 (NW1/4 NW1/4) of Section 6, T33N, R37E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 6 bears N 76 degrees 52 minutes 25 seconds W, a distance of 1,133.32 feet (approx. 15.80 miles SW of Winnemucca, NV). Water will be used for mining, milling, and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
