NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 21st day of April 2026, J6 Ranches LLC of Garland, Utah, made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.20 c.f.s. and 11.20 a.f.a. (diversion only; no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada.
Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Airport Stock Well) at a point located within the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 27, T33N, R38E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 27 bears N 29 degrees 24 minutes 16.2 seconds W, a distance of 1,436 feet (approximately 18 miles south of the intersection of U.S. Highway 95 and State Route 289 in Winnemucca, Nevada).
Water will be used for stockwater purposes from January 1 through December 31 of each year.
