Two Pershing County Middle School gymnasts delivered standout performances at the 2026 Nevada State Gymnastics Championships, bringing home multiple top finishes in the Xcel Bronze division.

Raelie Scilacci led the way as a gold medalist, earning first place on beam with a score of 9.750 and first place on floor at 9.600. She also placed second on bars (9.600) and finished second in the all-around with a total score of 38.525.
Cambrie Patrick also turned in an impressive showing, earning silver medalist honors. Patrick placed second on vault with a 9.800, third on beam (9.700), third on floor (9.575), and third in the all-around with a score of 38.250.
Both athletes competed against gymnasts from across the state and demonstrated strong performances across multiple events.
Their results highlight the dedication and discipline required to compete at a high level, as well as the continued success of local athletes representing Pershing County on the state stage.
