The Pershing County boys varsity team earned a win on Wednesday, Jan. 28, defeating Oasis Academy 74–43. Amare Rosas led the Mustangs with 25 points, while Logan Angel added 12 points.
The victory marked Pershing County’s third road win in a row and improved the Mustangs’ record to 17–8.
The Mustangs followed with another win on Friday, Jan. 30, defeating the North Tahoe Lakers 62–47. Their next game is scheduled against West Wendover on Friday, Feb. 6.
